Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience

Prior experience of End-to-end configuration and customization in the area of: SAP BRIM, Convergent Charging
Proficiency in SAP CC admin plus, Bulk loader, Guider, Rater, Taxer, Updater, and related commands to execute and run from command prompts
Strong understanding of SAP Customer experience stack with CRM, CPQ, Commerce
Strong knowledge in Overall SAP BRIM Solution stack, integrations with experience in SAP CX and BRIM integration architecture, and future roadmap.
Hands-on experience in Convergent Charging (Charge Plan, Charge, Charging Plan, Billable Item mapping, Consumption item, Allowance, Refill, Pricing Tables, Monitoring Plan, CC Web-services) and knowledge in SAP VC/AVC/ SSC based product configuration.
